What is the return policy?

At Fordeal, customer satisfaction is always our top priority. And we try to provide customer good service and product with high quality.

For any reason if customer is not completely satisfied with the purchase, Fordeal offers a flexible return policy to help our customers continue their shopping experience smoothly from the beginning till the end.

Fordeal Return Policy:
1. General Return Policy:
Return Duration Limit:
Fordeal supports free return within 15 days after receiving the order except for the categories that are not included in the free return. However, Fordeal currently doesn’t support exchange service. 

 2. Return Standards: 
 ① The product must be returned in good condition with original package, complete accessories, attached gifts and trademark.

 ② The product is used or washed or modified, or without the merchandise label, it will not be allowed to return.

 ③ The products quality problem that caused by Unauthorized repair, misuse, collision, improper installation and use are not allowed to return.

 ④ All return request must be approved by Fordeal customer service team. Returned items without approval from Fordeal will not be accepted. 

3. Categories Don’t Support Free return as follow:
①Products that are likely to cause changes in product quality after unpacking，such as Beauty Products;

②Products that are susceptible to personal safety or health after unpacking, such as Underwear, Swimwear, Legging, and Lingerie;

③Product that are likely to cause a large depreciation value after unpacking or use, such as Jewelry accessories, luxury goods;

④Electronic product such as Audio-visual products, computer software, mobile phones, iPad and smart watches can't be returned if it's opened.

Note:

· If any item has been received damaged or in a very poor quality, Fordeal will offer the option of return or refund according to the item condition.

· If the customer refused to provide us with pictures using the measurement scale (for clothes or shoes), he has the right to return the item

· If the customer received fake item, he has the right to return it or to be refunded (in case the item is nonreturnable)

4. How to return:
(1) Return Process:

①Submit the return request via Fordeal App: Account -My orders -Shipped; Find the order that you want to submit After-sale;

②Choose the Reason and Upload the proof picture into the Application request；

③We will Audit your application and give you a satisfying solution within 48H.

④You also can track the refund progress via Fordeal App: Account -After sale;

When submit the return request on Fordeal App, Fordeal will request the information to confirm the problem (Refund reason and upload the proof picture).

Once the return request is approved, Fordeal Customer Service will provide the return address. If the information for return request is not complete or doesn’t match with the information request, Fordeal has the right to refuse the return request.

And customer can resubmit the return request with full information.

(2) Return Method:

After Fordeal approved the return request, Fordeal will contact Customer to confirm the reship info, and the reship method as below:

KSA：Door-to-Door pick up service & self-return service.

Other countries’ Customers: Currently only self-return is available.

Customer choose suitable shipping company to reship the product according to the address provided by Fordeal customer service

Noted：Fordeal doesn’t accept that customer go to the warehouse directly without shipping the package through shipping company.

In order to ensure that the package is delivered to correct address in time, please fill reship address completely. If the package is delivered to wrong address or lost due to incomplete address or wrong address, Fordeal has the right to refuse the refund.

 5. Reship cost for the products：
(1) Customer reason: Reship cost is afforded by customer.

Once Fordeal confirmed the request is submitted due to customer reason, in this case, the customer will be responsible for the reshipping cost including of the shipping fee and custom fee. Once Fordeal receive the returned products, we will refund the original product price. All and any shipping fees are non-refundable.
 

(2) Fordeal Reason : Reship is afforded by Fordeal.

Once Fordeal confirmed the return request is caused by Fordeal. Fordeal will be responsible for the reship cost, and the Max compensation of the shipping fee is 30 USD.

Note:
· Customer should pay the shipping fee in advance when reshipping the product (Except KSA).

· Fordeal will refund the customers within 10 working days maximum of the date of reshipping the item to our warehouse.

· Customer will receive the amount of the returned items in his bank account within the period 15 – 30 business days, if his original payment method was Online.

· Customer will receive the amount of the returned items in his wallet on our Fordeal application, if his original payment method was Cash on Delivery.

Noting that the customer can withdraw the amount to his bank account through the below steps:

1- Click on my account.

2- Choose account balance.

3- Fill the amount that you want to withdraw.

4- Fill bank info - approve (Withdraw)

Noting that the amount needs 15 - 30 working days to be transferred to your bank account in case your submitted information was complete and correct.
